Refund policy

If you receive a faulty/damaged or incorrect item, ReGenerate Nutrition will cover the cost of return shipping & replace the same product or a product equal to the same value.

If you have purchased an incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return/ forward shipping and a replacement product of the same value will be sent.

Please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days to commence a return process at Info@rgnlabs.com  

Our return policy covers intact unopened supplements only (not samples). This will only apply to the first purchase of each supplement. Only 2 servings may be missing to validate your refund. You must provide photo evidence of this to Info@rgnlabs.com. The customer must send the product back to ReGenerate Nutrition intact and cover all shipping and/or customs charges.

 This policy expires 14 days (Australian orders) from the date of dispatch and 28 days for all international customers. Please contact Info@rgnlabs.com with your name, order number, and photographic proof for us to process your refund.
