FREE Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 and $200.00 if orders are shipped internationally.
All domestic orders below $150.00 will be charged a flat delivery rate of $10.00 Australia-wide.
International orders under $200 will be calculated upon checkout.
Express Post is also available for an extra cost calculated at Checkout.
Orders will be processed and dispatched from our QLD warehouse within 2 business days.
Once the order is shipped a confirmation email will be sent which will include a tracking number.
Transit times for standard delivery are usually 3 - 7 business days.
In the event your order is lost or damaged in transit please email us at Info@rgnlabs.com or use the Contact Us form. Our Customer Support team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Please be make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. We cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly.
International shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and delivery times vary from 2 - 5 weeks depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.
If you receive a faulty/damaged or incorrect item, Generate Nutrition will cover the cost of return shipping & replace the same product or a product equal to the same value.
If you have purchased an incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return/ forward shipping and a replacement product of the same value will be sent.

Our return policy covers intact unopened supplements only (not samples). This will only apply to the first purchase of each supplement. Only 2 servings may be missing to validate your refund. You must provide photo evidence of this to Info@rgnlabs.com. The customer must send the product back to Generate Nutrition intact and cover all shipping and/or customs charges.
This policy expires 14 days (Australian orders) from the date of dispatch and 28 days for all international customers. Please contact Info@rgnlabs.com with your name, order number, and photographic proof for us to process your refund.
